A Tonal Caress will be an interdisciplinary, contemporary dance production that will include a collaboration with deaf, sign language poet Walter Kadiki; choreography on 4 professional dancers by Charlotte Boye-Christensen; a ‘mass of men’ moving installation by artist Gary Vlasic; and placement/choreography of audience, set, lighting and sound that, together, will move and communicate to both hearing and non-hearing audience members.
Performances take place at Utah Museum of Fine Arts July 12-14, 2018.
